The Sixteen Thirty Fund is organized as a 501(c)(4) organization under the US tax code, which provides the nonprofit projects we sponsor the flexibility they need to advocate for the change they are trying to make in the world. Donations to the Sixteen Thirty Fund are not tax deductible.
